I've been in this industry for nearly 15 years. Over the years, I have held every role from personal trainer to gym management, human resources, and even designer.
Aside from the handful of industry-standard certifications, I received my degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Houston. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to teach seminar in four different countries, as well as teach learn, in a hands on fashion, from many of the industries best.
